NUTRITION 101

A four week group class to empower and dis-spell myths and BS


If you are confused about what good food choices are and more importantly why, this is for you. Over the four weeks together we will cover:

  • what good and bad nutrition is and why

  • how you can make lasting changes

  • how to achieve your goals

  • the affects improving your nutrition can have on your mental and physical health

  • how to find the right balance with your nutrition

The aim is to empower you to make better choices in the future and challenge the latest miracle fad.


The four weeks look like this:

Week 1 - Nutrition: What, why and how? Looking at what is nutrition, what is good nutrition and why

Week 2 - The Science Week: calorie counting, the energy balance, metabolism, digestion

Week 3 - Habits & Goals: how to change them and set them, why you succeed and why you fail

Week 4 - Lifestyle & Nutrition: how sleep, exercise, health, alcohol, food sensitivities and more affect and are affected by your nutrition
