the affects improving your nutrition can have on your mental and physical health
how to find the right balance with your nutrition
The aim is to empower you to make better choices in the future and challenge the latest miracle fad.
The four weeks look like this:
Week 1 - Nutrition: What, why and how? Looking at what is nutrition, what is good nutrition and why
Week 2 - The Science Week: calorie counting, the energy balance, metabolism, digestion
Week 3 - Habits & Goals: how to change them and set them, why you succeed and why you fail
Week 4 - Lifestyle & Nutrition: how sleep, exercise, health, alcohol, food sensitivities and more affect and are affected by your nutrition
