I started worked with Jeremy six months ago for rehab, having torn my quad in 2015 mountaineering. At the start of our sessions, movement and strength in the right leg was severely limited. Over the months, however, Jeremy has helped me to get back to full health, allowing me to return to all my outdoor activities. Jeremy developed a progressive rehabilitation programme that has really worked, the pain is gone and I’m almost back to full mobility. He ensured that our sessions were challenging, varied and fun. I cannot recommend Jeremy enough - a great coach and personal trainer.

I started training with Jeremy a few months after my daughter was born. I wanted to get back into exercise but wasn’t quite sure where to start. I’d also had some post-pregnancy lower back pain that I didn’t want to become a long term issue. Jeremy designed the perfect sessions to push me just hard enough without over-working my still recovering body! I was really pleased with how quickly I started to regain strength and confidence. The sessions were also really fun, so a good break from new motherhood.
