MOVE | BREATHE | EAT
Personal Training, Breathwork & Nutrition Coaching in Henley-on-Thames, Herne Hill London and online.
My name is Jeremy and I provide results driven personal training and nutrition coaching. The aim is to inspire clients to move more, eat better, reach their goals and to provide the help and support for them to make positive and lasting changes to their lives.
Train for health and train for enjoyment - My approach is to avoid the modern trend of fad diets and exercise regimes and to build lasting behavioural changes with clients that allow them to have a well balanced approach to exercise, food and health.
With a particular focus on movement and calisthenics (bodyweight exercises) my passion is to get people using their bodies in the way nature intended and doing things they never thought they could.
