Come and join the fun every Monday at Fison Fitness in Herne Hill.

A circuits class with the emphasis on doing things the right way, strength and conditioning and with some HIIT (high intensity interval training) thrown in for good measure. We use Concept 2 rowers to get the heart rate going and give you a measurable target to work against week to week.

All fitness levels welcome, the aim is to have fun as well as push yourself and get a sweat on.

Where: Fison Fitness, Herne Hill. 

When: Every Monday, 8pm - 8:55pm

Cost: First class free if new to the studio, after that a monthly rate depending on how many classes you choose to come to.
